What kinda tradesman should I get in for a quote? I was under the impression that the old flat roof was concrete base, so unsure whether that could've been cut through or not...... Anyone have an idea on how much this would cost to have done? Thanks for the input so far.

I hope someone is able to shed some light on whether I would be able to have this done or not. I have a 3 bed mid-terrace; and up until 2 years ago had a flat roof which was converted to a standard apex pitched roof. What I would like to know is it possible to cut up through into the roof...
