    It's coming from the joint between the thermostat and the metal tube that sticks out of the cylinder. Ive marked it on the next picture

    Sorry, i dont think i described the leak very well. i've circled where the leak is coming from. One of my previous pictures shows a water droplet on the very edge of it. The automatice air vent has looked like this for a long time and even if it did leak in the past, its not leaking currently.
