Hi there. The boiler is an ideal classic ff270. I just need to get the part number.

Any guess on how much a boiler stat is?. Just trying to work out if I change the pump as well then I some way to replacing the whole boiler with a new one.

Thanks for the replys so far. I have changed the cylinder stat and that seems to shut the system down when water gets to temp (65C ish). I have also moved the dial (scale 1-6) on the boiler from 6 to about 5.5 to see if that helps, however this does seem to shut the boiler down if I move it...
