Same problem here, although Marley Marquess tiles. I live in a new development (built 2003) and all of phase 3 and 4 have been affected.

I notice you had a similar problem with your Marley roof tiles as I am currently having on my house in Banchory. I have Marley Marquess, but the colour is dissapearing fast. Can you tell me how you resolved the issue with Marley?
