Thankyou Alex. I used some self levelling compound and primer. I used it in the doorway and throught the hallway to cover bitumen adhesive left under vinyl tiles. It provided a great base for my news tiles but was a little pricey.

Many Thanks Norcon I cannot weld so i wouldn'nt be able to join th thunder bolts to the bars. Could i use 200mm thunderbolts and then follow the rest of your instructions? Thanks Leigh
