Hi Gazman. Thanks for your reply. They have agreed to come back under the 10 year guarantee so hopefully they will foam them up. I'll post an update when they've been.

And here's inside, with the trim pulled off to have a peek - excuse the cat hairs!

Here's the outside - they actually had tacky WHITE silicone round the trim until I asked them to make it darker!

Worcester combi boiler, been on the go for ten years, no problems. Working perfectly well i.e. providing heat and hot water. But boiler keeps 'clicking' as though it's struggling to keep going. Got good local engineer out who replaced pump and purger. Clicking still happening. Should I just not...
