Help please ,We have a Baxi Platinum Combi just 13month old .The green hot water light is on All the time even when hot taps are off .The only way I can get light to go off and central heating on is by turning the cold water supply off. I have checked ALL exposed pipe work and no leaks there is...

im not talkin about been a house basher electrician yes even a very very bright plumber could do that with prompting and the right medication... im on about been an electrical engineer . workin in granny farms is easy.
