    Thanks guys, its not easy with the bricks being bonded on 5 sides, I was hoping to reclaim them but think i should be grateful if i get any. Breaker sounds like a good option.

    Motor advice. Starter?

    Should be fine on starting, does the original motor turn freely, if its overheating with little load it might just need bearings replacing in motor or elsewhere. Brook crompton are pretty good motors.
