We noticed a leak in our boiler and worked out it was the rubber hose, so replaced it and all seemed fine, but since then the heating is constantly on, and the hot water is intermittent, goes hot then lukewarm... it makes a shower an unpleasant experience... the boiler is about 5 years old, and...
