House is 5 years old. Not low lying. 9ft above the sea level. We've been told it's on clay. Also before the construction they had to remove lots of big trees.

Since our last post we've tested bathroom concrete floor. Humidity was 99%. 'Plastic sheet test' over night: result water drops. Some testing has been made in the living room: middle of the room on a laminate flooring 65% and edges 78%. Next step is the kitchen and the bedroom.

We don't have any copper pipes. They're all plastic and none of them buried. They are all visible. Tested/inspected by a plumber.
