Cheers for your replies guys.....Will i need to drain the system to change the valve behind or do you mean the valve which holds the diaphgram in.

Hi, can any one tell if its safe to say the diaphragm needs changing if the plunger is not coming out to operate the switch. I cleaned it all and put back together but still plunger not operating. If i change the Dhw pressure valve will this sort it or could it be other problems. :(
