Hi OK so from what you're saying its a bigger job than I had hoped as for now the time and cash budget don't stretch to the replacement of parts of the floor. Looks like its back to the drawing board on the beading/edging front for now.

OK, so aside from plastering over the gaps with beading is there anything we can do ?
