Does any one remember 3" paint kettles in the sixties . I saw painters doing intricate work, touching up with this size and other small sizes, but all I can find now is 6" or larger. Can you still get them.?

Hi They are about 3/8 thick and ceramic. I could see no difference with the ordinary kitchen type, but the salesman said they are frost resistent and made for outdoors only.

I have bought some outdoor tiles for a patio. And i was wondering if I could use a mix of sand and cement to fix them , or do I need to buy the proper cement.

The cylinder is a year old, the thermostat likewise. To empty the tank i turned off the water at the mains. Then i opened the drain valve and all the taps. The house is now dry.

Hi i have emptied my immersion tank as i am away for along time, but have just realised the economy 7 is still on. The thermostat is a year old,connected to a fcu and a trip switch. Will it trip or is there a possibility it could smoulder and catch alight. Thanks
