Hi, I'm looking into this too as we had the same problem. Previous house double glazed with argon filled but never had condensation outside, regardless of temperature variation. It spoils the view and have to go outside to wipe the windows unfortunately.

Rebooting this thread as we have similar problem and wondered if you got any further with this. Check the water level in the area as you may have a high water table. Make sure it is ventilated to avoid condensation problems. Look under the floorboards if possible.. Did you find a company that...
