    Worcester Bosch: Heating won't work if timer set on constant

    Our boiler works fine on the timer for heating. However, when it gets chilly and we want to switch the timer to "constant", the heating will not come on, despite the thermostat being on 25 degrees. :?:

    Worcester Bosch 42CDi - Making Loud Noises When Firing Up

    When my boiler fires up it makes a loud "motorbike" type noise, which rattles the casing and vibrates throughout the house. This tends to last 5-10 seconds and doesn't seem to affect the heating and water. Anyone else had this problem? Help! :?:
