I've checked under the units and the current laminate is under the legs, as they are all adjustable I'm hoping I can just shorten them slightly and slide the wood, which is T&G underneath, just going plank by plank.     no, both wires are going into a separate connector, one has the manufacturers name (Beleks) and what looks like their logo (a B with a lightning strike where the vertical line should be) This connector also has a triangle with V D E inside it. The other block is plain.
