Cheers cotswoldbuilders, there were a couple of pieces of metal been put in the air intake.. which i thought might be a some sort of lid to it.. thanks for your advice... i have had a look up and it is wider as you said i think it would look much better to... the brick does not look...

Thanks a lot cotswoldbuilders really appreciate your advice. I think that sounds like a plan to Tie outer wall back to innner wall. if i do this will it be solid or should i put a mesh membrane on to see if the crack grows? Thanks again.

cheers Stuart45 Yeap its pretty old just speaking to the next door neighbour his house was built in 1866 mine used to be a workshop for the house and according to him my house was built for.... "A bet" He is digging out the plans now so god knows what this dolls house will test me...

Hi All. Could do with some advice quick please. I am re-doing the bathroom removed the tiles to find the plaster was blown so removed that back to brick....then i found this!! It is a terrace house and this crack is in the back right corner as you look at...
