I know what you mean. Have you tried switching ALL the power off to everything and restarting the boiler. Maybe worth a try.

If you still have the old pcb, try putting that back in and see what happens. I know it doesn't make sense, but maybe worth a try. Maybe something is telling the pump to stop pumping. Maybe it's time to invest in a NEW pcb.
