my rover 400 diesel has been showing the emissions control light (shape of an engine) intermittently - with a corresponding loss of power - could this be a failure of the catalytic converter? - the cars done 140k miles

1. fit a swept bend -just cut the CI pipe lower 2 use a multiquik connector or similar 3 as long as you cut all the way through and dont try to break the CI it should be ok - failing that dig back to a joint
