no the magnet is still in place

hi guys , still no further forward, log shows door contact fault unable to set system. picture of door contact causing all the trouble. tried code then No no twice still unable to clear IMG_3998.jpg

i will post again tomorrow, kids in bed not wanting to set internal sounder off at night. thanks again

i will try engineer reset tomorrow D1111 if i am right, i thought tamper light would be illuminated

i will definitely look into the contact , i could see the faint blue glow, and held magnet to the contact to see if that would cure the fault.

hi handyman it is the original door contact, nothing has changed , just wondering if the door fitter has damaged the contact?

hi i have had a new front door fitted, guys refitted door contact in same position as old door. I now have the amber alert triangle illuminated and when i try to set alarm internal sounder rings. Any help would be appreciated in removing amber alert triangle on top left of keypad. thanks in advance
