Yes Chris got one in this morning from British Gas and he descaled something, don't actually know what it was because I was out at the time but my wife said he was there for an hour and a half.

The light on the boiler is on lockout and when I reset it goes to power then heating then goes back to lockout ?

The boiler has stopped working all together now there is no hot water or heating at all :(

although water situation is just the same

got the timer working ok so heating is working fine

yes rob the heating works ok on manual but I don't think the timer is working but I may be setting it wrong though

My halstead Hi ace boiler takes about half a minute to fire up when the tap is turned on then another thirty seconds for any hot water to come out. Any suggestions. Also could anyone recomend a decent engineer in the south tyneside area for to service my boiler, seen too many episodes of rogue...
