There's nothing now. But last time I noticed hot water was dripping.

A neighbour told me the problem could be the thermostat or the element and I figured out I'd choose the easier option. It hasn't been easy to get a professional to come to check at this time of the year.

I have an Albion unvented direct unit. After 1 shower in the morning the water gets cold. At night the 'off-peak' light is on, which means the timer program is working. Now I have had to program it on 'boost' mode for the whole day...which is not economical and might damage the heater. I've...
