It's a thermecon minor. Not getting any fuel past the pump

Is it easy to replace a ecoflam minor oil burner? I have an ecoflam minor 60/80 which is not pumping the oil. If I buy a new burner unit,is it easy to fit and fire up? I have taken the old burner unit out before and replaced the jet burner nozzle. I can't get a heating engineer to do this...
