Sorted the problem out perfectly! A few coats of white paint after the primer had dried, and it looks much, much better! Thanks for your help guys!

I've ended up using Zinsser B-I-N White Multi-surface Matt Primer. Hopefully it will seal the ink in. Already destroyed one brush to it though.

Rollerball Liquid Ink

Hi all, Turns out I'm not a genius, and drawing on the ceiling to let me know where I've painted over isn't as smart as I think it was. I'm now stuck with ink bleeding through every paint coat that I put over it. Any idea what to do at this stage?
