No sign of damp and not damp to the touch. But does appear loose away from the wall above were there is slight cracking.

Well it was returned today from the registered owner address.So not much else o can do.

I did that by dropping a copy of the note next door. But I dont know if they collected it or not. And I'm aware of the 14 days if no answer dispute is considered. At that point what happens?
