Hi, I need to remove the tails to install longer ones. However, when I try to unscrew they simply turn but do not unthread. Is this something specific to the make and they cannot be removed or is there a solution out there? TIA Thanks

Long screws means thick screws with large heads that are too big for the fitting unfortunately
