You mean the central switch between the hot water heat setting and the CH heat setting? well yes. Normally when I switch on the light goes green and it fires up. more recently the light goes orange and 04 flashes on and it doesn't light. When I switch off all goes off. Like I explained...

Hi all. thanks for the discussion. Yesterday I took the cover off and checked all the connections pipe joints etc and found nothing untoward, in fact everything looked amazingly clean. Returned cover, switched on......code 04....errrrr right! Walked away in disgust and left it flashing...

Well that was my point. according to the gauge the pressure is ok. Thanks again for the useful pointers guys. I'll remove the covers and check all these things out on Monday Failing a result I will probably get a qualified engineer out to it. It's too bleeding cold not to 8)
