Ah thanks that looks exactly like it down to the loft pole attachment! Thanks very much - will contact Werner and see what they think. It looks like the ladder model they offer now has evolved but maybe replacement arms could work

Hi there, We don't know the make/model of our loft ladder - could anyone please identify it from the photos? It's at least 13 years old. The arms need replacing - ideally from the correct make/model but another question i have is could we replace the arms with those from a different...
