Do photo 4 and 5 mean anything to you? I'm thinking photo 5 might be the thermostatic valve as its on the HTG flow pipe, but I don't want to break anything as the valve itself is not budging.

Names I can see are Kamstrup and Ormandy Rycroft. I have but they are just extremely useless and take months to get anything fixed.
