150mm is what the manufacturer recommends. It will have two bends Unfortunately its a problem we inherited.

We are replacing our cooker hood. The existing vent is 15 ft to an outside wall. There is one right angle bend then straight to the outside wall. The existing one is circular to square ducting but on checking it is too narrow for our fan. Any advice on sizes of ducting and also is 15ft too long?
