i have looked around and i need a unslotted waste thats gold in colour with pop-up plug

Purchased Basin tap set and the waste has a overflow slot but the basin does not have overflow . Is there a rubber seal to cover overflow slot? or there do i buy the overflow connector and seal it ? P S tried to find another waste without overflow slot and no such luck
