Hi all, I was considering changing my bath to a shower or bath over shower. I had a look at the plumbing and I’m not sure about a couple of things: 1. Why are the two lines coming in to each tap? 2. Won’t I need copper pipes for a shower, how would I make the switch? Thanks!

Hi all, My Danfoss thermostat stopped working. I have a Honeywell replacement. I thought this would be a simple sway, like for like wiring but they are lettered differently. I'd really appreciate some guidance on how to translate the old connections to the new unit. Pictures below. Thanks...
