Not slackening of the nut, no, but heat and cold = expansion and contraction of parts, which can cause leaks.

Put an adjustable spanner on it, and give it 1/8th of a turn tighter.

Looks like a drain off, not the best photo, but the left hand nut should be able to tighten slightly, using water pump pliers or similar
