Yes that's what we are hoping. The room is currently 3.4 x 3.2, taking out the wall makes it 5.0 x 3.2m. the existing joists run the entire length of the 5.0m they are all spaced the same and two of the joists at 1.2m from outside walls are 8x3. Sorry have no photos as of yet
