Thanks Leccy. The conditioner did used to be watered down but now is just sitting there as full conditioner. When I remove the drawer there is a gap on the left hand side which looks like a tube within the casing which goes down the side of the machine. It is full of water and conditioner...

I have a Bosch Classixx 1200 Express and after each wash now, the conditioner remains in the dispensing tray. I have cleaned it out, washed and dried it, all to no avail. Therefore my clothes now feel quite hard when they come out of the wash. What next? Any suggestions?
