hi all BG engineer cam and checked the boiler all okay, he was baffled watering exiting was consistent 58deg c, he suggested cold water was being drawn in frome somehwere. And..........................bingo it was the mixer shower letting cold by, isolated all problems now gone yipee...

well this is strange, we have a biggish house and the water at some taps is very hot and in other and also one of the showers lukewarm getting very confused with this, have checked three way valves ok, thermistors ok, for all intent purpose boilers seems to work okay, other than water at some...

hi all new member her, i have the above boiler, 2 years old. Been fine but went to have a shower today and noticed water was not very warm. set the water temp higher and i get warm water but not hot water. heating seems okay, any ideas? was think hw thermistor or three way valve all help...
