I have a potterton bolier, it lights for about 5 mins and then cuts out, you then hear airflow (have connected mains to hot tap and flushed to vent cold water tank, emptied rads, they are not filling and vent tank is full. i have a grundig pump and motorised valve. please help

Honeywell part number is 4000 2737-0001 (if this info willhelp someone to give me advice on how to replace the motor) I cleared the overflow (venting pipe into expansion tank in loft), shut all the bleeding screws opened the 3 way port valve to manual, still in is sucked in at the lowest rad...

How do change the motor? Having problems refilling central heating system (does overflow pipe into expansion tank need to be out of the water?)
