Hi this happens now and again (once in 10-15 flushes) ive read up on this and took the washer out and cleaned it, was a tiny bit mucky (toilet and parts about 2 yrs old now) I didn't do the cup test (to flush out anything) any other suggestions please don't really want to put a new on in...
