Thanks for that, I have it turned off. Got a boiler engineer out and gave me a price, but he got a bit hostile when I asked for his safe gas number, which he did not give me. I have now gone onto the safe gas web site to get an engineer from there.

Hi, Im having trouble with my boiler, In standby the pilot is lit but also there is a low flame in the boiler as well. is this normal?? The radiators are getting warm when the c/h is off. I have just replaced the diverer valve and new microswitch, but its still the same. Any help would be...
