Ah I see what you mean about sitting on the wall either now. Unfortunately I don't think that'll be possible. So the floor would be held solely by the ledger boards and resin fixings. This still be ok do you think?

Out of interest - did you end up using the resin anchors for this, and if so, can you remember at which centres you drills then? 400 centres be plenty? Finally. Did you attached the joists to the wall like this on both sides? Thanks.
