The shed is 10 meters from house. The cable would be going in a straight line under the garden from back door under the floorboards which is where i would take the spur from. The circuit is really old and does not RCD as far as I know. Many Thanks.

I need to power up my shed, 1 double socket - light hand tools 1 light I have an old consumer unit with no room. I would like to spur a length of cable to the shed put a circuit breaker in the shed and create what is known as a sub circuit. Is this OK? Thanks for any advise.
