Just bought a 1950's flat in a "in-situ" concrete building. Pulling out the old kitchen have found some kind of what I assume is original insulation exposed, between the concrete and plaster. Looks far too chunky to be asbestos but have not disturbed it just in case. Has anybody seen this before?
