Yup tried with some nose pliers on the hinge pin, also pulling upwards. Also made sure no nuts on the underneath blocking it from tapping up from underneath. It feels like the hinge pin is clamped down or held in place by an elephant. I am wondering if its the weight of the composite door...

The tiny grub silver screw? yeah I removed that one completely but the pin is still stuck. I also tried a hammer and screw driver to bang it out but its very strong like 3 men are holding that hinge pin in its place.
