hi got the hot water threw the pipe now the pressure has returned since i backfilled the system the hot water still spluters tho after 2o seconds im goin to try to ajust the mixer valve at weekend set it then leave it its done my head in..
no the s flange dont have that on it if you look at a photo of a salamander s flange you will see what i mean its copper all the wat to the tip with 3 large hole in it .ill talk tom got to go now see ya later mate.

yep took the feed in from the side of the salamander s flange and reconnected the vent to the top of the flange.this is driving me mad ill try and take some photos of it shall i fit a manual air vent and take out the aav and try that i might try to flood the hot water pipework via a tempory...

yeah cold into hot side and still nothing, at one point i did have hot water coming threw the hot shower pipe the pump was trying its best the water came in intervals pulsing i told salamander this then they sent me that non return valve ,they called it ramrodding :)
