No don't have to paint it myself was going to get in a professional in once they've finished I was going to pay for the plastering to be done also by a professional but family insisted on me making a complaint and letting council sort it out with one of there contractors

Having some work done by council on a property I've just signed upto. Property is being skimmed after making a complaint regarding the state of the walls/ceiling... Been checking up on the work and thought I'd ask for advice on whether this looks normal first 3 pictures are bathroom been drying...
