When some of the roughcast was replaced the builder I used managed to damage the soffit right up where it meets the wall under the eaves. Can anyone recommend what I can use to repair this damage without it...
I looked up Atmos and they appear to stock stock a limited range of energy efficient products. Very interesting products but is this the same company you are referring to? How have you got on buying spares?
They have not yet said no. But they have never heard of them so cannnot recommend. So I'd do a bit of digging around on them before pushing. Especially when it seems I can pick them up around the same price as a Vaillant.
I'm replacing my indirect unvented water cylinder and very interested in the stats for the super coil sc. My only concern is very few people have heard of them in the UK. Most merchants do not stock them so means a special order.

Let me clarify my babble.
All works are external at the moment. Once window frames and render are repaired hopefully I will have no more damp problems.
When I say waterproof I mean to create a tent over the window bay to prevent rain getting to the untreated render.
