Potentially, didn’t make sense to me as it was brand new. Used for less then a hour then set down for an hour before trying to use it again. I’m clueless with these sort of things so wondered if there was an easy fix, or if I just risk the chance of a shock and use it with the cover hanging off.

Hi all, recent bought this and it worked great first time off. Then after leaving it resting for a hour or so it just wouldn’t start again. So I messed around with bits and pieces (not knowing Exactly what I was doing) eventually removing the spark plug cover and it started up straight away...
