H i Sloppytom, No the presure seems to be normal, but it does drop after a day or so! By the way i just checked the boiler hot water function, and i have noticed that as soon as the tempreture on the facia unit reaches 47c the boiler cuts out and the temp drops down to 27c and it fires up...

Hi Guys, I need to replace a leaking presure valve on my vokera linea 28 the part needs replacing is the 1806 which is the part need replacing! Any instruction as to how i go about it please? Do i need to drain the system down etc? Thanks

Hi Alatairreid, How deep do you think the footings need to be? Idealy i would like to keep the mess to minimum if i can, any suggestions? By the way, what do you think of single row of bricks for the cil to rest on? Is it enough? Or should i go for a 9 inch wide brickwork? Thanks

Hi Delta, Back to what you said on earlier tread, are you saying that i may need to change the heat exchanger manifold? The plate looking thing on the back of the 3 way valve? And this would stop the water getting into my rads while the hot tap is running? Thanks

Hi Guys again, I have managed to put a new service kit on the 3 way valave etc, but the hot water still gets into the rads while the hot water is running !! Any other ideas please? Thanks

Hi Delta, Thanks for the advice, the boiler is in my own house, and at the moment i am just gathering info, it sounds like a tricky thing to do, so perhaps i might call in an engineer and get my Wallet bashed! Thanks anyway
