Thank you all for your replies, I will get it tested for Asbestos before deciding what to do

I'm thinking of stripping the ceiling in the bathroom, I don't think the celling is artex, it's white but underneath is grey so I think it's a textured plaster painted. Can anyone help? The house was built in 1995, so not majorly worried about Asbestos, just a bit nervous!
