OK, The Manrose Fan has arrived ready for fitting. My bathroom is approx 35cm x 35cm x 24cm H. The fan fitted in ceiling in zone 1, half over shower and half outside cubicle. Of the 3 settings for speed/extraction rate, which do you find is best with a overrun of approx 10/15mins.

Thanks, The flexi pipe goes up into the loft across to the soffit and exits through a grille. Checked the flexi and it lies uncovered across the loft and drops down to the soffit outlet as its lower than the loft floor.. Would it help as I have a spare roll of insul/material to lay a covering...
